Beyond the Traditional Approach to Movement
True progress happens when we look deeper — at how your brain, body, and environment interact to shape your movement.
Hi! I’m Corey Emberton
For over 15 years I’ve been helping people navigate movement. I’m a Neuro Studio Advanced Practitioner based in Chicago, and I provide in-home, in-studio, and virtual sessions, bringing personalized care to your environment so you can feel supported and comfortable while working on movement that matters to you.
I use techniques like MSTR (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release) along with neuroscience-based movement strategies to help you improve mobility, manage symptoms, and feel more efficent in your movement. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, using cues and guidance to help you better understand your body — so you can improve your movement.
Beyond my practice, I’ve been a long-time volunteer with the Parkinson’s Foundation and currently serve as the Movement Day Demo Chair for Chicago, helping raise awareness and support for people living with Parkinson’s.
My goal is simple: to help you move more freely, safely, and confidently, and to feel empowered in your body every day.
